I’m missing a few letters of the alphabet, particularly the "R," but I’ve never really cared much 🦖. Currently, I hold several professional roles that reflect my multidisciplinary nature: I’m a creative director, lecturer, and art director consultant.
I’m not touchy; I’m particularly clumsy but incredibly skilled at always feeling at ease. Ever since I discovered that my high-functioning ADHD made me a T-shaped profile, I’ve loved it even more.
You know that person who seems to have a hand in everything, and people just go, "Wait… how do you even manage all of that?" Yeah, that’s me. Call it a T-shaped profile, call it an organized kind of chaos—I thrive at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and education, effortlessly juggling (well, mostly) between branding, digital communication, service design, and DE&I.
By day, I navigate the worlds of creative direction, team management, university teaching, and business design. By night (or at least in my sacred free time), you’ll find me sketching, painting with watercolors, getting my hands messy with ceramics, or coaching volleyball—a sport I don’t just play but also train others in. And then there’s Pez, my four-legged shadow, who ensures I never take life too seriously.
Travel? Always. Camera in hand? Of course. As much as I love designing work strategies, I also love designing experiences—preferably on the road, discovering new places, people, and perspectives.
My leadership style is collaborative, dynamic, and inclusive— I’ve worked across international teams long enough to know that diversity isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the secret sauce of innovation. And thanks to my ADHD diagnosis, I’ve turned what could have been a roadblock into my personal superpower for creative problem-solving.
Oh, and if you're wondering, yes—I really do keep track of everything I do. Somehow.
Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, I navigate global projects with ease, bringing ideas to life across cultures, disciplines, and time zones. But at the end of the day, my mission is simple: to build meaningful, memorable projects (and have some fun while doing it).

Before these experiences, I worked as a Visual Designer and Junior Art at Publicis, Vodafone, and We Are Social.

Yeah, yeah, I’m an art director with solid technical skills. But guess what? I can also write. And sculpt ceramics. And sketch. And take ridiculously well-composed photos while pretending I’m some kind of lost Magnum photographer on vacation - and obvs I’m not. Basically, I create—on screen, on paper, through a lens. Hands always dirty, brain always on.
A designer who can actually write? Rare. An art director who can do both? Almost mythical. A T-shaped professional, some might say—but maybe that’s a bit too avant-garde.
