Dippiù is the B2C brainchild of Naturello, Europe’s leading B2B basil producer. But forget tradition—this is an irreverent dip brand that’s here to stir things up.
Ever heard of “dip sauces”? No? Well, that was exactly the problem we had to solve when Naturello S.p.A. called Odd Socks Studio, looking for a digital partner to bring Dippiù to life.
The mission? Introducing this practically unknown product category to the Italian market—for the very first time. (Yes, really.)

Synergo
Synergo, the private and conventioned healthcare network of GH HOLDING, is a benchmark for excellence in Abruzzo, Marche, and Molise.
Since 2019, I’ve been leading the transformation, starting with a complete brand overhaul. Each Synergo healthcare facility got a redesigned logo, optimized for digital platforms and social media. A Visual Identity framework was developed to create a cohesive brand experience—paying special attention to senior patients—and a SharePoint intranet platform was introduced to streamline internal communication.

GH HOLDING operates in the private and conventioned healthcare sector through its subsidiary Synergo Srl, active in Abruzzo, Marche, and Molise. Synergo’s roots trace back to Casa di Cura Pierangeli, a high-complexity acute care facility that has been a cornerstone of Abruzzo’s healthcare system since 1927. Meanwhile, Casa di Cura Spatocco, located in the heart of Chieti, serves as Synergo’s leading rehabilitation center, providing essential recovery services.

One of the most impactful projects was the development of the Synergo app, designed to make healthcare services more accessible and efficient. From viewing medical reports to booking appointments, the project began with a Service Design approach, including user data collection, Personas and User Profile creation, and ultimately, the UX/UI flow design. Thanks to the integration and development team, the app seamlessly connects hospital CUP systems and facility management software, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

In 2024, Synergo earned the prestigious 2030 European Gender Equality Badge, recognizing its commitment to gender equality and inclusive workplace practices. As Diversity Manager, I structured the training program, now in its second edition in 2025, covering key topics such as gender parity, positive parenting, and inclusive language.
Through a Service Design methodology, I led ECM-accredited training sessions, guiding staff through a complete review of internal processes and documentation with an inclusive approach. These sessions combined hands-on workshops, interactive lectures, and experiential learning, ensuring a transformative and engaging educational experience.
